Programming

With each project, the first thing we want to do is understand your goals and objectives to be able to provide you the best furniture solutions for your needs.


The process includes:

•Initial meeting to determine the project scope

•Identify team responsibilities

•Review initial concepts and project parameters

•Develop budget and schedule

Collaboration & design

During the design phase, UpRight Interiors will provide to you the following design services:


•Collaborate with you on developing schemes

•Develop furniture settings, workstation typicals and finishes

•Research best furniture solutions for your project, we have access to hundreds of manufacturers

•Prepare furniture plans

•Coordinate with building infrastructure

Documentation

UpRight Interiors will provide all furniture needs thorough documentation including:


•Floor plans – including field verification to ensure accuracy

•Finish selections and color scheme coordination

•Product renderings

•Product specifications

•COM approvals

•Lead time tracking

•Finalize budget and quotation of total project costs

•Obtain bids of qualified installers

•Coordinate with building owners and contactors

Installation

During the installation phase, UpRight Interiors will:


•Coordinate installation schedule

•Oversee tracking of product deliveries

•Observe installation progress

•Punchlist completed project

•Operation, Maintenance & Warranty Documentation

•Walkthrough with client
